Compact Low Phase Noise FS
Compact Low Phase Noise Frequency Source adopts a surface-mount hermetic ceramic package, integrating an internal comb generator and band pass filter to deliver an output frequency that is an integer multiple of the input signal.
Compact Phase-Locked Source
The compact phase-locked source adopts a single-phase-locked loop (PLL) design, integrating a PLL, VCO and controller internally, with an output frequency coverage up to 20 GHz. 15 mm x 12 mm x 3 mm surface-mount package, reflow-solder compatible.

Broadband SiP FS
Broadband SiP frequency source is an ultra-compact phase-locked frequency synthesizer that integrates a PLL, VCO and controller. Output frequency is set through the SPI interface, with a coverage from 100 MHz to 20 GHz and a size down to 6.0mm x 6.0mm x 1.0mm.
Frequency Synthesizer Module
The frequency synthesizer module is implemented using multiple frequency synthesis methods and can be customized according to user requirements. Output frequency range can be customized within DC to 40 GHz.
